Kuntao Adults Class
Mon, Thurs @ 730-9pm; This program is for teens to adults teaching the kuntao system inspired from the martial arts Wing Chun and Kali. It includes a full belt system, weapons training, group training dynamics and individualized student instruction. Learn Empty hand, stick, knife, sword and combinations of single and double weapons styles.
Master Yeager Hosts this program weekly, along with Instructor Jerry Devone.
Our youth martial arts program is both personalized, immersive, and fun. It combines: fitness, culture, and games to give your young warrior a well-rounded course of engagement, socialization, and skill developmental through play.

Fitness with Friends
An individualized one-to-one fitness training and motor skill development program for individuals with special needs. This program is appropriate for adults of all levels of ability, regardless of their behavioral or communication needs. All sessions are individualized and adapted to meet the unique motor and fitness needs of each participant.
A weekly program designed for maximizing physical fitness by way of adaptive workout on rotation with combat application.
Perfect for beginners to advance fighters; this program uses cardio, strength training, team exercises, and combat systems to get you ready for any fight.
